About Us
Drew Oeltmann created Universal Digital Productions Inc. in 1997 in response to a growing need for quality recording services in the booming telephony industry. After securing the services of an extraordinary engineer, Marc Harris, Universal Digital has grown from a one-computer shop to a thriving, fully staffed half-a-million dollar a year company with the right mix of professionalism and personality, and a company culture that embodies the maxim customers are always right.
Located on the famous Music Row in downtown Nashville, TN, Universal Digital's two custom studios were designed and constructed by well-known studio architect Mark Wenner, and were built expressly for the purpose of recording for the telephony industry.
Universal Digital produces custom voice prompts, professionally recorded On-Hold Messages, and encoded video and audio for the IRS, Goodyear Tires, and almost one-third of all Fortune 500 companies.
